An excellent partner for full flavoured starters, fresh goats cheese (especially Sicilian!) or rich seafood. In Sicilian cuisine it is paired with oranges, fennel and anchovy salad, stuffed sardines, spaghetti with seafood, lobster or pasta with Trepan 'pesto'.

TASTING NOTE:

This wine is a bright straw yellow colour and opens with floral notes of acacia and hawthorn, followed by more fruity aromas of pear and pineapple. The palate has fresh acidity with flavours of grapefruit on the finish.
