Excellent on its own or with foods with a mixture of sweetness and savoury. Thai prawns in a sweet chili sauce. 

TASTING NOTE:

Pale lemon yellow. Minerals, lemons and a hint of classic Riesling hydrocarbon aromas on the nose. Beautiful balance of medium sweetness, playful but structured acidity and low alcohol. Very long finish. Very fine.
