This type of young, unoaked white wine with a bit of acidity, good body, and outstanding tones of citrus, green fruits, and a bit of a mineral note pair well with all types of shellfish. Also great with Serrano ham or Prosciutto by elegantly lowering the salty sensation. Ideal with sushi and sashimi.

TASTING NOTE:

Fine, floral aromas with herbacious notes on the nose. The floral and fruity notes reappear on the palate, which presents nicely balanced acidity and a long, fruity finish.
