TASTING NOTE:

Put this on a table and we assure you, no one will complain! Low-yielding old vines now approaching a minimum of 50 years reveal themselves in a concentrated rich style with wonderful aromas of delicate flint and baked apple. The age of the vines also influence the palate which has added complexity, richness and depth of flavour. This style of Chablis is far more textured and full flavoured. A wonderfully fresh wine with a silky smooth, long and dry mineral finish.
