FOOD MATCHING NOTE:
A marvellous companion to vegetable and smoked flavors, such as those of wild mushrooms and truffles. Combines nicely with subtly spiced dishes and unsmoked, medium-cured soft cheeses.
TASTING NOTE:
This wine is deep purple in colour. On the nose, there are ripe aromas of black fruits and mulberries, with a hint of fennel. Long and intense on the palate, flavours of violets, blackberries and hazelnut linger on the finish.
