FOOD MATCHING NOTE:

This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with beaf, veal, game and poultry in sauce.

TASTING NOTE:

Rich ruby red in color the notes are earthy and cedar Medium plus bodied mouthfeel the tannins are structured and the fruit is fresh. Slight acidity to move it along Palate is cherry and strawberry and definitely fruit forward. The oak aging is pronounced but subdued.
