The 2015 Château de Cérons has a focused, well-defined bouquet with blackberry, briary and cranberry aromas neatly integrated with the oak. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent tannin, smooth and plush in the mouth, perhaps needing to show more structure on the finish. But it is cohesive and the silky smooth texture is very sensual.
