Using only biologic fresh lemon zest, the Lemon Sunflower Seed gin offers a great balance between the richness of Quebec sunflower and the freshness of the citrus. There are nuances of juniper to the gin, look a like a dry London Gin type. Full-bodied in the mouth, the Lemon Sunflower Seed gin showcases hints of lemon  and also has notes of coriander and peppercorn. Delighfull, you can enjoy it on the rocks, in a Martini cocktail or with your favorite tonic.
