The palate is dry, with less than 3 g/l of sugar, but the nose is sweet, with notes that are typical of its long aging: aromas of bakery, yeast, brioche... The palate is a spectacle, with fine, well-integrated bubbles. Structured and voluminous. Saline and very persistent finish.
