TASTING NOTE:

I smell red fruits here, a hint of light cherry, apple, salty and also oxidative notes, a kernel of ripe yellow fruits. On the palate a wonderful explosion, lush and with an incredibly nice mouthfeel, very dry and wonderfully tasty with a fine perlage. A strong sparkling wine, very concentrated, but does not lose any of its finesse and elegance. The balance between the aromas of red fruits, the light saltiness and the fresh minerality is just awesome.
