TASTING NOTE:

This is a blend of the three classic Kentish apple varieties – Cox, Bramley and Egremont Russet. As with the champagne, the three varieties each bring a different quality to the blend: Cox is very aromatic, Bramley provides a balanced acidity, and Russet gives body and mouthfeel. Bursting with orchard fruit flavours, crisp acidity and balanced a hint of sweetness. The use of Champagne yeasts adds a creamy mousse finish.
