This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with crustaceans, poached fish or cream. 

TASTING NOTE:

Nose: very fresh; lemony notes and candy bananas; slight minerality. Palate: acid attack, then the wine becomes ample and balanced. Beautiful material, on the fruit and very slightly chalky. Finish quite long, mixing acidity and a very slight bitterness. A delicious and very balanced wine.
