TASTING NOTE:
Pale straw in appearance with brilliant clarity and youthful green tints. The nose shows lifted floral notes and intense citrus flavours are a highlight of the nose, well supported by lemon curd and fresh limes. The cooler nature of the vintage has resulted in an intensely flavoured and tightly wound Riesling style, with bracing natural acidity beautifully harmonising the juicier lime and citrus flavours of the variety. It’s long and persistent finish the perfect indication that this vintage will be one to reward with further cellaring time to increase its complexity and appeal.
