TASTING NOTE:

Stony minerality defines the nose and the palate of this Chardonnay, with crisp green and yellow apple flavours, lemon peel aromas, and acidity that is both refreshing and bracing. Its piquant texture will benefit from a couple of years in the bottle, but is tameable now with grilled vegetables, seafood or Asian cuisine.
