Particularly good with light and medium flavoured meals, such as pizza and braai (BBQ).

TASTING NOTE:

Lighter and more delicate than the other Crystallum Pinot Noirs. On the nose there are aromas of tomato leaf, cranberry and sour cherry. On the palate, orange peel, flint and notes of light cedar are supported by fresh acidity and fine tannins. This wine has a savoury finish and will drink well through to 2026.
