Veal in a casserole dish with spring onions, leg of lamb, sweetbreads with asparagus and morels and cheeses.

TASTING NOTE:

Ez Chezots is a little higher up the slope in the "Combe" and is therefore slightly cooler, more ventilated. A very perfumed wine with a nose of red berries and wild strawberries and a hint of roses. A beautiful, half-full taste with some tension and a hint of tannin on the finish.
