It is excellent enjoyed on its own or with Italian pasta dishes, grilled fish and dishes with white meats. Serve lightly chilled, 12°C.

TASTING NOTE:

With a pale yellow greenish reflexes, nutty on the nose with a hint of exotic fruits such as mango and honeydew melon overlaying a discreet aroma of oak. It’s full and broad on the palate. The richness cut by firm acidity.
