A nicely rounded full-bodied wine that would pair brilliantly with Pork, Rich fish (salmon, tuna etc), Shellfish or Mild and soft cheese.

TASTING NOTE:

Golden yellow color. Nose of lemon, mineral and yeasty hints. In the mouth it is crispy, not so fat but with a very good acidity and minerality. Clean mouthfeel sensation. Complex enough. The final is long and spicy with a very light bitterish aftertaste.
