The richness and depth of this champagne make it excellent with fuller seafood dishes like lobster, but it is also an excellent aperitif.

TASTING NOTE:

Brut Premier is golden in colour with very fine bubbles and a nose of fresh fruit. It combines the fruitiness and purity of a young wine with the weight and complex brioche flavours of a wine aged in the cellar for several years. The smooth palate of apple and pear from the Chardonnay mixes with the red berries (blackberries, raspberries, cherries) of Pinot Noir alongside the notes of toast and almonds from the extended ageing.
