Soft boiled egg with radish tops in cream sauce. Tuna marinated in orange and fennel with fresh mint pure. Ratte potatoes with truffle emulsion 

TASTING NOTE:

This wine is pale lemon in colour, with a hint of silver. The aromas are fruity with green apple, fresh bramble, white peach notes and a hint of honey. This Blanc de Blancs has refreshing acidity and a clean finish.
