TASTING NOTE:
Bright yellow-green. It has a clean and crisp, chalk and wet limestone-scented bouquet that is focused and delivers impressive energy. The palate is well balanced with a fine thread of acidity and just a smear of clear honey mixed with dried apricot. The finish is quite pithy and phenolic.
