It is wise to let this great wine flourish for a minimum of 4 or 5 years in the bottle. He will then accompany a plate of foie gras (fresh but also pan-fried), a cassolette of scallop walnuts or even fine poultry with morels.

TASTING NOTE:

This grand cru develops "ripe" aromas of white flowers, candied fruits and some notes of spices. The palate is long, ample, deep and offers a fine and relatively fresh finish, characteristic of this great terroir. Over time, it allows to express its potential and its aromatic complexity, with buttered notes or grilled almonds supported by a great minerality.
