This cuvée come from the walled vineyard, just in front of the cellars, in  calcareous soil quite argilo-limestone, giving to the wine this Burgundy’s typical minerality. The aromas of exotic fruits and white flower, then honey and almond during ageing supplement the tasting. The style is classic and distinct.
