A Charolais steak (thick!) grilled and accompanied by new potato and a beautiful Béarnaise. A pork roll candied in the oven and accompanied by a few white beans with juice. A Brie de Melun or a good cowrin from the Jura.

TASTING NOTE:

Color: This wine has a purple color with pretty purple highlights. The dress is shiny. Nose: The nose is open and pleasant. It reveals aromas of juicy black fruits such as black cherry or spices such as black pepper.  Mouth: the entrance to the mouth is delicate. The middle of the mouth offers a certain flexibility and leads to a fresh and gourmet finish.
