Pair with crisp belly of pork with apple and horseraddish. The potential here is at least 10-12 years with careful cellaring.

TASTING NOTE:
Red brick in colour with deep crimson hues. Heady garden notes on the nose with dark chocolate, cherry plums and lightly toasted French oak. The palate is a swirling melting pot of cocoa, cherry plum and spicey oak char which seamlessly combine with a fine natural acidity and silky tannins.
