Grilled quail with wilted cabbage slaw, grilled flank steak with sautéed portabella and cremini mushrooms, grilled lamb shanks with a summer savoury mustard marinade.

TASTING NOTE:

Medium ruby in colour, the nose is like a floral bouquet of forest fruits, violets, white pepper, Arabica coffee, and star anise. The palate is super silky and sweet, with layer upon layer of intense red cherry, wild flowers, toast, smoke, vanilla, cumin, nutmeg and cinnamon. An astoundingly complex wine that is vibrant, intense, and has a very long finish. Quite exceptional for the vintage.
